This motto reflects the core values and mission of the Association. "Honoring Service" acknowledges the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of Caribbean-born individuals who have served in foreign military forces. It represents a commitment to recognizing and preserving their contributions to peace, freedom, and global security. "Celebrating Culture" highlights the rich and diverse heritage of the Caribbean region, embracing traditions, languages, and shared history that bind the community together. "Unity" emphasizes the collective strength of

solidarity—bringing together veterans, their families, and supporters from

across nations, islands, and generations under one banner of purpose, pride and progress.

PURPOSE

This Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable,

religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Create a network for Caribbean military veterans who have served in foreign military services, fostering camaraderie, support, and mutual

assistance. Advocate for the rights and welfare of veterans, particularly those originating from the Caribbean and CARICOM regions. Promote educational opportunities through scholarships for the children of veterans who are active members of the Association. Preserve the history and contributions of Caribbean veterans through historical projects, events, and archival work. Establish a benevolent fund to provide financial assistance to Association members in need, ensuring they receive support during difficult

times.
